We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days (domestic) and 4 business days (international). All items are shipped from our warehouse located in Newcastle, NSW. There may be a delay due to limited roasting days, however we will always send you an email if this is the case.

We are more than happy to discuss any issues with you.

All batches that are sent out are QC'd to ensure that all coffee leaves our warehouse adhering to our strict standards.

Is your coffee fair trade/organic?

'Fair Trade' and 'Organic' are certifications that may not be possible to all of our specialty coffee producers. We only use traceable high quality coffee which generally goes hand-in-hand with sustainable farming practice.

Are your pickles gluten free?
