SHIPPING POLICY

 

The following shipping policy applies to all domestic and international orders placed through our website. If you have an enquiry about shipping for a wholesale order, please get in touch with us here.

We are based in Newcastle, Australia. If you are placing an order for delivery within Australia, please check out our domestic shipping policy. If you live anywhere else in the world, please check out our international shipping policy (note that country-specific rules may apply).

We roast on Wednesday each week, due to our limited roasting days and the boutique nature of our business, only the freshest coffee is sent to you. This means that typically all orders will ship on a Thursday, we do keep some roasted beans on hand - if you are completely out of coffee and need us to post ASAP please contact us chix@floozycoffee.com and we can certainly organise something for you!

We take a lot of care when packing our orders to ensure that they make it to you safely and damage-free. If something goes wrong and your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know.

All domestic orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post, depending on your location. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Shipping times will vary according to your location, so please allow up to 5 days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. If your package hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please get in touch so we can get it sorted.

Sendle orders under 500g will have authority to leave. Please let us know if you do not wish to grant authority to leave your parcel in the event that you aren't home to collect it and we will arrange an alternative.

INTERNATIONALAsset 2.png

All international orders are shipped with DHL. International wholesale orders are shipped via DHL Express (approx 5 days) while orders placed through the webshop are sent via DHL E-commerce (7-14 days depending on location).

All international orders will require address confirmation, as well as an accurate phone number and email address for any customs clearance. We will send you an email after your order is placed to confirm this information. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Subscriptions are unavailable to our international customers at this time.
