La Providencia

La Providencia has been in the Palacios fam since the 40s. It is now owned and managed by Max Ariel Palacios Villatoro, third generation owner, who has been working on the farm since 1975. Max is 76 years-old and his children, Ana Lucia and Javier, are being groomed to take over the farm. The knowledge being passed through the generations is integral to overseeing a quality and consistent coffee farm, we love supporting this level of commitment and excellence.

La Providencia is 220 hectares and at it’s high altitude the beans mature very slowly, which gives the sugars time to develop bringing us a sweet, clean and wonderful cup.
